Returns Policy

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

• Refunds
  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. 
  

Exchanges policy

• We offer a 30-day exchange window for items of equal value (subject to availability).

• Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us and the shipping cost for the new item.

Artisan Note: Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color and texture are part of the unique charm of each piece and are not considered defects.
